"Power Spot" Support Circle
This support circle is a closed online group for those who have left Ukraine and are currently adapting to life in a new country. The format combines psychoeducation, self-reflection, and shared experiences under clear group guidelines.
The goal is to normalize the emotions accompanying relocation, restore a sense of stability, and provide practical self-help tools.
The program covers topics most people encounter in the first years abroad, including adaptation stages, loss of a sense of home, shame and envy, loneliness and lack of close relationships, professional identity and age in the new job market, boundaries in relationships with family at home and new surroundings, and integrating one’s identity between two cultures.
For whom: For Ukrainians living abroad, regardless of the country, time of relocation, or life situation.
Format: Google Meet, closed group, limited spots available.
Duration: 6 sessions, every Wednesday, up to 2 hours each, concluding on December 9. Meetings are not recorded to ensure confidentiality.
Facilitator: Yuliia Nadtochii, psychologist, positive psychotherapy consultant, in training in transactional analysis, certified social skills trainer (with 7 years of emigration experience across two countries).
Participation: A 20-minute individual introductory meeting is held before the start to clarify your needs and determine if this format suits you.
This support circle is not psychotherapy and does not replace it. Traumatic events are not addressed in the group.
