Therapeutic Group for Women (Online)
We invite you to join a long-term therapeutic group for women who wish to gain deeper self-understanding, improve their quality of life, learn to cope with emotional challenges, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
WHAT TOPICS WILL WE ADDRESS?
• Anxiety, emotional exhaustion, shame, and guilt.
• Self-esteem, self-criticism, and self-confidence.
• Relationships with partners, parents, and children.
• Body image, sexuality, and self-acceptance.
• Personal needs, desires, values, and self-actualization.
• Other topics relevant to the participants.
WHAT WILL PARTICIPATION IN THE GROUP PROVIDE?
• Greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and alignment with your true desires.
• Reduced self-criticism, inner tension, and the feeling of "not being good enough."
• Increased confidence in personal decisions and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
• A fresh perspective on relationships and the opportunity to change habitual interaction patterns.
• Practical tools for overcoming difficulties and supporting yourself during challenging times.
• The experience of being heard, accepted, and receiving support without judgment.
PARTICIPATION FORMAT:
• Duration: 1 year.
• Frequency: Weekly.
• Session length: 1.5–2 hours.
• Group size: Up to 8–10 participants.
• Cost: 1500 UAH per session.
• Start: December 2026.
• Location is secured upon 50% advance payment.
THE GROUP IS LED BY TWO EXPERIENCED PSYCHOLOGISTS:
• Lidiia SIVAK – Clinical psychologist, certified trainer.
• Oksana BILKEVYCH – Neuropsychologist, psychologist. ADHD expert.
HOW TO JOIN?
An individual intake session is required before joining, during which we will get to know each other, discuss your needs, and clarify the group’s format.
We will establish shared guidelines for interaction and ensure confidentiality so that every participant has a safe and open space for growth.
