Как побороть неуверенность?
Я с недавних пор работаю.И все было бы неплохо,если бы мои коллеги за спиной не поливали меня грязью.Я ни одного повода для этого им не давала, всегда стараюсь быть со всеми на позитиве, в хороших отношениях.При чем в глаза они такие добренькие, улыбаются. Что мне делать? Не хочу менять работу, но и не знаю как работать в таком коллективе.
