Деструктивное поведение
Добрый день, уважаемые психологи! Помогите разобраться откуда взялось, и как с этим бороться! Я заметила в себе деструктивное поведение. Последней каплей стал скандал в отношениях - когда все хорошо дней 5 мне прямо не имется. По сути из ничего (но в этот момент, я уверена в том, что причины огромные) затеваю ссору. Конечно же, это уже не первый раз. Но это касается не только взаимоотношений, с работой - так же. Да и со всем остальным. Помогите разобраться, пожалуйста. Спасибо.
