Как избавится от сентиментальности?
Дело в том, что я слишком все близко воспринимаю к сердцу. Сегодня был переломный момент... Не могу больше так. У меня льются слезы как только меня критикуют в техникуме, хоть преподаватели, хоть и одноклассники. Там, где я должна испытывать злость, я чувствую себя ничтожной, и слезы сами льются... Мне преподаватель сказал, чтобы я прекратила все так близко к сердцу принимать. Но я не могу и не знаю как это сделать. Помогите пожалуйста.
