Боязнь сцены
Здравствуйте!У меня сейчас в жизни не самый лучший период.А завтра ещё экзамен сдаю.Я музыкант играю на фортепиано.Так вот у меня уже жуткий страх.Я боюсь что выйду и забуду текст,хоть текст я знаю хорошо.Мне прям плакать хочется.Мне надоело уже постоянно испытывать этот страх перед публикой.Что мне делать?Для меня это выступление очень важно.
