Какие максимально краткие сроки избавления от фобии анестезии
Жуткая фобия анестезии.Медикаментозного сна.Никогда не делали.Местную переношу хорошо.Аллергетик. Боюсь чисто отключки сознания.Смерти-нет,потому что мы будем в раю или в аду). А во время анестезии-неизвестно где и неизвестно как.. В какие максимальные сроки можно избавиться от такого рода фобии? Какие техники лучше помогают? Буду искать психотерапевта по ним).Категорический противник гипноза.Спасибо,если ответите.
