Как избавиться от этой проблемы в моей голове?
здравствуйте, у меня есть парень и мы вместе 3 месяца я очень люблю и берегу его, как и он меня. у меня есть огромная проблема, то что я везде пытаюсь найти какой-то подтекст и накрутить себя. я безумно мнимый человек и очень люблю себя накручивать, я не знаю как с этим справиться. и что с этим сделать
