Боязнь ходить
Здравствуйте, когда я хожу с друзьями то мой страх не проявляется, но только я где то иду сам, допустим в магазин, то мне страшно проходить мимо людей, мне кажется что я не правильно хожу, не как все, меня добило то что мне сказали что я странно хожу, после этого даже сердце начало слишком часто стучать, но в тоже время я могу спокойно начать разговаривать с незнакомым человеком, как это решить?
