Как справиться с ревностью?
Здравствуйте, я не могу справиться с ревностью, постоянно проверяю телефон, постоянное недоверие, палила переписки с другими девушками, но он говорит что это просто слова и что для него это нечего не значит, и по отношению иногда я не сомневаюсь что это просто слова, а иногда задумываюсь о важности моей для него .
Хотела бы разобраться в себе, так как не понимаю что делать
