Я чувствую себя не в своей тарелке всегда.
Уже год как я не хочу находиться в собственном доме, потому что чувствую себя здесь некомфортно, становится тяжело дышать и делать что-либо. Ощущение, словно я нахожусь не у себя дома и это ощущение вызывает чувства, по ощущениям которых я словно смотрю на всё со стороны. Ощущение, что я не в то время не в том месте. Плюс я не чувствую себя в своём теле, не знаю как это объяснить, чувство словно я нахожусь рядом со своим физическим телом, а не внутри.
