Здравствуйте, у меня проблема состоит в том, что в последнее время стала очень грубой и начала хамить буквально каждому, с кем бы я не разговаривала...не понимаю почему так происходит и не могу сдерживать себя, вырывается само по себе.. Как можно бороться с таким поведением, можно ли самой решить эту проблему?
