Не могу заснуть.
Здравствуйте, не знаю что мне делать со своим сном. Когда я ночую у парня я почти не сплю ночью просыпаюсь раза три-четыре.. А когда сплю дома то моментально засыпаю. Может ли это быть связано с тем что я стесняюсь? Ведь когда мы ложимся спать я начинаю думать о том в какой позе мне лучше лечь, да возможно это покажется смешным, но это так.. И я не знаю что мне делать ведь я не высыпаюсь когда ночую у него. Дайте пожалуйста совет.
