Об увольнении
Здравствуйте! Хотел бы задать следующий вопрос. На работе начальник самовольно(по крайней мере документов, обосновывающих решение нет) изменил график работы. На все предъявляемые, к таким действиям жалобы,(люди стали больше уставать,ухудшились отношения в коллективе)ответ один- не устраивает работа? Увольняйтесь найдём других. Учреждение государственное. Что бы ответить на такое "предложение"? Как поставить хама на место и отстоять своё достоинство??
