Не умею проигрывать, как с этим бороться?
Здравствуйте. У меня существует серьезная проблема, дело в том что я совершенно не умею проигрывать в любых играх которые подразумевают соревнование. Каждый раз когда проигрываю - это производит к вспышкам ярости. И зачастую это производит к тому что выхожу из процесса игры досрочно. Подскажите, пожалуйста - как мне научиться контролировать себя?
