"Сериальная" депрессия
У меня большая проблема:-(( Месяц назад закончился мой любимый сериал и я стала подавленная и какая-то неузнаваемая. Мои родители, одноклассники, друзья и родственники - все мне об этом говорят! Когда закончился сериал, у меня было такое ощущение, что умер близкий человек. Я понимаю, в моём возрасте и не такое бывает, но всё-же... Я ревела весь день! 4 раза!!! Я внушаю себе, что это просто сериал и жизнь продолжается, но просто не могу с этим смириться(( Прошу подскажите мне:-)
