Как себя вести на допросе ребёнка (15 лет)? Алименты плачу, хочу сохранить родительскую опеку
Идет суд по лишению меня родительских прав, вызывают сына (15 лет), который на суде будет поддерживать требования матери,(как уже это сделал на опекунском совете). Не общались 10 лет со мной лично, но активно общался с моими родителями, так было договорено с его матерью. Алименты плачу. Как себя вести, какие вопросы задать на допросе чтобы сохранить родительскую опеку?
