Я очень самовнушаема и мне это мешает. Например услышала что сейчас люди сильно болеют с температурой под 39 и я тоже себя стала плохо чувствовать. И переживать что заболею. Услышала что кто то в моем возрасте или в достаточно молодом умер от.чего то мне начинает казаться что и у меня такие симптомы и начинаю жить в страхе что со мной это произойдет, ищу какие есть симптомы у болезней и нахожу их у себя. У меня сильный страх смерти в молодом возрасте. Как избавиться от страха?
