Как перебороть страх смерти родственника?
Здравствуйте, меня зовут Роман и у меня страх смерти моего любимого дедушки. На данный момент мой дедушка жив и ему сейчас свыше 80 лет. Проблема началась где-то неделю назад после того как мне приснился сон что мой дед умер и мне пришлось жить без него. Теперь я каждый вечер(днём я как-то об этом не думаю) перед сном со слезами на глазах думаю об этом страхе и никак не могу его перебороть. Не знаю повлияет ли тот факт что у меня отец пьёт.
