Тревожит что могу просто заплакать. Например утром хожу нормально и внезапно становится так грустно и плохо на душе, что хочется просто сидеть и плакать. Хотя в жизни все стабильно. Настроение часто зависит от погоды, если облачно и дождь настроение просто ни к черту
