Перестала ухаживать за собой
Здравствуйте! Перестала ухаживать за собой. Раньше жила с мамой была стройная, вставала очень рано, обязательно каждое утро мыла голову, наносила макияж, а сейчас... 2 год живу с парнем отдельно набрала 10 кг, мою голову по надобности, все женские штучки стали не в радость, постоянная апатия. Все дела по дому и не только лежат на мне, а молодой человек беззаботной. Помогите не знаю,что делать
