Мне 30 лет. Мне всю жизнь, вот сколько себя помню, в основном, не разрешали делать, то что я считаю нужным или хочу. Теперь я выросла, и сама не позволяю себе, сама себя наказываю. Чем больше я чего то хочу, тем больше. этого избегаю, не даю себе сделать это. Что со мной? Как разрешить себе жить в удовольствие, так как хочется...?
