Если соседский ребенок лает
Соседский мальчик 9 все время лает и рычит, ежедневно. Это точно не разовое баловстыо. Слышно через стены. Семья не совсем благопрлучна. Нормально ли это? Или стоит обратиться за помощью? И если да, то подскажите куда?
