Негативные мысли
Здравствуйте! Мы с парнем живем вместе. 1.5 года. Он моряк,меня постоянно,уже в течении полугода,тревожат мысли,что он общается с девушками в рейсе. Возможно,ищет кого-то лучше,чем я. С этими мыслями я засыпаю и просыпаюсь,не могу себя преодолеть. Как избавиться от них?
