Сепарация от родителей/Психологическая детская травма
До 17 лет меня мама избивала и унижала , сейчас мне 28 лет , она все так же пытается держать мою жизнь под своим контролем , она развела меня с первым мужем и со вторым хочет развести , у меня двое детей , я понимаю что на старшого ребёнка я начинаю агрессивно реагировать так же как в детстве на меня мама , мне страшно , я не хочу портить жизнь себе , детям и мужу . Помогите пожалуйста
