Как выйти из позиции ребенка
Уверенна что нахожусь в позиции ребенка. Это проявляется во всех сферах жизни. Например: зависимость от чужого мнения, где то несамостоятельность, всякие страхи. В отношениях с мужем жду от него поддержки, понимания, что он успокоит. Но мне кажется ,что он находится в точно такой же позиции и дать этого он просто не может. Поэтому хочется повзрослеть, морально и смотреть на жизнь с позиции взрослого человека. Как это вообще сделать?
