Как отойти от расставания с девушкой?
Здравствуйте! Встречались с девушкой 4 года, разошлись 10 месяцев назад. Через месяц нашла себе другого, до сих пор с ним. Я же не могу отойти от расставания, постоянно возвращаются мысли о ней, хотя понимаю что ничего уже быть не может. Абсолютная аппатия нежелание двигаться дальше, никто не привлекает и нет что ли внутренних сил и желания чтото менять. Постоянная тревога и плохое моральное состояние. Как выбраться?
