хочу доверять, но не могу
у меня проблема. я встречаюсь с молодым человеком больше двух лет, но все время его ревную, хотя он поводов мне особо не дает.все хорошо, когда он рядом со мной, но когда он уезжает куда-то, я все время волнуюсь.многие говорят, что ревность-это пониженная самооценка и недоверие.я хочу доверять, но не могу. я вообще никому доверять не могу на 100%Что мне делать?заранее спасибо
