Раздражительность
Добрый день. У меня большая проблема- раздражают многие звуки. Такие, как шмыганье носом, звон ключей, хлопанье жевательной резинки, топот соседей сверху и тому подобное. Так же присутствует беспричинная тревога, например о том, закрыл ли я входную дверь когда ушел из дома, выключил ли воду, но это проходит всегда довольно быстро. Что мне делать? К кому можно обратиться? И не отправят ли меня в психиатрическую клинику, если я приду в больницу к невропатологу или психиатру?
