Since the start of the full-scale invasion in our country, I have completed several courses aimed at helping clients in crisis and clients with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): Crisis Counseling and Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy School — 30 hours. Webinars by Babette Rothschild on somatic therapy — 12 hours. Course "Trauma Therapy of War. PTSD Therapy" — 15 hours (Tony White). Causes and therapy of parenting anxious clients. Professional experience
I specialize in transactional analysis, inviting clients to explore and reshape their life scripts. This approach helps individuals break free from unconscious behavioral patterns, achieve personal autonomy, spontaneity, and intimacy, define their own path, experience happiness, and express their emotions freely.
I provide individual counseling and therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as couples therapy. Group therapy sessions are also available.
I am the creator of a therapeutic project focused on overcoming language barriers in learning English (a 10-session program that helps adults studying or wishing to study English build confidence and overcome fears and communication barriers).
I am a member of UATA and EATA (Ukrainian and European Association of Transactional Analysis). I regularly attend seminars, workshops, and professional conferences. I undergo continuous supervision for each client case with certified European transactional analysis trainers and have been a trainer at the All-Ukrainian Family Summer Camp in transactional analysis for several years.
