Online Therapy Group
You are invited to join an online therapeutic group. Above all, the value of the group process for participants lies in the experience of sustained, genuine presence within the group. Your usual way of engaging becomes clearly visible when others provide feedback on it. Through the group, you can gain insight into the impression you make on those around you. This helps develop awareness of your own resources and risks in connection.

I myself have been a participant in many groups. I joined a Gestalt therapy training group at the age of 19, very young. At the time, a great value was in recognizing my own experiences, emotions, and learning to express them in a safe environment. This has supported—and continues to support—my self-worth, confidence, and personal identity. This perception of myself has, over time, become a foundation for my interactions with the world and with others.

By the way, becoming psychotherapists includes much of what has been described above. This is how professional sensitivity develops: the ability to sense what is happening between people, to recognize your own difficulties in connection, to tolerate both your own and others’ intensity, to avoid acting from a single position, to remain flexible across different processes, and to understand both your own and others’ complexity.

In the group, support and discussion of your experiences are essential—something that may not always have a place in everyday life—not because people are limited, but because they often haven’t been taught how. This can create an experience of reduced loneliness and isolation.

When I lead a group, I find joy in the group dynamics, the contact, the vitality, the spontaneous expressions of the participants, and my own engagement in these processes.
