Training Program "Fundamentals of Gestalt Therapy" Level I
Participants will learn to better recognize their own emotions and needs, explore personal patterns in relationships, and develop foundational skills in psychological counseling.
Duration: 210 academic hours (6 three-day sessions held once every 1.5–2 months)
Format: Online sessions, preceded by an interview
Schedule: Friday and Saturday: 11:00–19:00, Sunday: 10:00–18:00

The program covers the study of the foundations and principles of Gestalt therapy, working with emotions, needs, and awareness, as well as exploring mechanisms of contact with oneself and the environment.
The learning process combines theoretical preparation with practice and includes group and individual therapy experiences to foster reflection and counseling skills.
