- My therapeutic work focuses on overcoming suffering, life crises, and physical ailments to restore harmony between body and soul and help clients rediscover joy in life. I address a wide range of concerns, including supporting physical and mental health in both adults and children, overcoming addictions (to substances, gaming, people, or food), disordered eating patterns (overeating, loss of appetite), weight issues, allergies, physical weakness, insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, and lack of self-confidence. I also guide clients in developing healthier relationships—with themselves, their partners, and the world around them—while helping them unlock their inner resources and embrace their uniqueness. My practice integrates body-oriented therapy, psychosomatic approaches, art therapy, metaphorical cards, transformational psychological games, and metapersonal therapy.
