I have secondary medical and higher biological education (Ivan Franko National University of Lviv).
Within this education, I studied not only psychology but also the basics of psychiatry, human physiology, neurology, psychosomatic disorders, as well as ethics and deontology.
This allows me to understand what happens to a person's psyche and body during different periods of life and development.

I am certified in the method of Positive Psychotherapy as a psychological counselor. Certificate No. UKR-228-2021.
Currently, I continue my training in Positive Psychotherapy to obtain a specialization as a psychotherapist.
I am studying Transactional Analysis at the Institute of Transactional Analysis and Integrative Psychotherapy.
I am studying sexology at the Ukrainian School of Sexology and Psychotherapy.

Professional experience
3.5 years of ongoing personal therapy. Over 200 hours of counseling practice. Regular supervision sessions. As part of my training, I participate in weekly intervision sessions to refine my counseling skills. For me, psychotherapy is a safe space where meaningful changes occur and genuine relationships are built on acceptance and support. It’s the best investment of time, energy, and resources in my life. I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to open up and develop new behaviors, so I’m here to support you through your own transformations.

I provide individual counseling for adults. During the war, I offer crisis support to help clients move out of acute stress, rebuild resilience, and regain stability in their lives. I do not work with PTSD, as my expertise is focused on counseling rather than deep therapy. I address concerns related to the challenges of war as well as those unrelated to it. My areas of focus include anxiety, panic attacks, emotional instability, apathy, grief, relocation adjustment, fear of intimacy, emotional confusion, interpersonal conflicts, emotional dependency, sexuality, low self-esteem, burnout, and psychosomatic symptoms (fatigue, insomnia, headaches). I also work on self-discovery, emotional intelligence development, and decision-making support. Sessions are available in-person and online in Ukrainian and Russian. 25% of the session fee is donated to the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. My approach integrates transactional analysis and positive psychotherapy.
