Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
I work with a wide range of concerns, including parent-child relationships, supporting aging parents, navigating divorce, and addressing challenges in romantic partnerships and marriages. My practice also includes exploring family life scripts, constructing and analyzing genograms, and fostering emotional awareness and regulation. I support clients dealing with emotional burnout, breakdowns, communication difficulties, stress management, and conflict resolution. Additionally, I help individuals with personal growth, inner conflicts, self-esteem issues, anxiety, guilt, and self-doubt. My approach addresses disordered eating, weight management, panic attacks, psychosomatic symptoms, dependencies, and codependency, as well as procrastination and perfectionism. I assist clients in gaining deeper self-awareness, overcoming age-related or relationship crises, resisting manipulation, and learning to recognize and process both their own emotions and those of others.
