I hold degrees in engineering and psychology. During a pivotal period in my life, it became clear to me that I was far more drawn to the complexity of the human experience than to numbers.
2022–2026: Four-year psychotherapy program (relational psychoanalysis) at the Institute of Relational Psychoanalysis, Psychotherapy, and Group Processes
2024–2026: National University of Health of Ukraine named after P. L. Shupyk – specialization in clinical psychology
2024–2025: Otto Kernberg: one-year training program on personality disorders at the Ukrainian Institute for the Study of Personality Disorders
Three years in a psychotherapy group focused on dream work with the Association of Psychologists of Ukraine
Participant in a five-year personal experience analytical group with the Association of Psychotherapists and Psychoanalysts of Ukraine

How I work:
There will be no exercises or tasks. We simply talk—about you, your inner world, and what matters to you now.
I listen, ask questions, and highlight what may have gone unnoticed. We may explore the past, but only to better understand what is happening with you in the present.
I work from a psychodynamic approach, specifically relational psychoanalysis—a scientifically grounded therapy that helps you live more deeply and authentically. I focus on the unconscious, dreams, emotions, and always on the living connection between us.
I practice under the supervision of a specialist with over 20 years of experience.

I am a person in progress. Someone who has doubted many times, stayed silent, searched for words, transformed, and always returned to myself. Someone who seeks meaning in the depths and knows how unsettling it can be there. I am learning to be present the way I once wished someone had been present for me. I don’t have all the answers, but I have enough patience and curiosity to listen. I am drawn to depth, sincerity, and a living presence. I believe change begins where you are truly heard. I took a long time to reach this point—through personal experience, learning, and encounters with inner crises and discoveries.
