Professional experience
I have been working as a counseling psychologist since 2005. I conduct individual and developmental group sessions with children aged 5 and older. I use art therapy and dance-movement therapy in both group and individual work with adolescents aged 10-14. I provide family counseling to strengthen and develop relationships. I also offer life coaching based on I. Kanifolsky’s original method, 'Awareness Therapy' (St. Petersburg, Institute of Practical Psychology 'Imaton').
Areas of focus
- Assists with family issues: lack of desired relationships, challenges in male-female dynamics, and difficulties in parent-child communication. In the workplace: personal growth and development, career guidance, goal setting and achievement, job search, resolving workplace conflicts, and team management.
