I specialize in addressing anxiety, panic attacks, emotional burnout, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and self-esteem issues. A key focus of my practice is supporting individuals in abusive or unhealthy relationships—helping them recognize the problem, break free from harmful cycles, and rebuild inner resilience. I also provide psychological support to military families during challenging life periods. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and metaphorical associative cards, tailored to each client’s pace. After working with me, you will be able to: manage anxiety and reduce the intensity of panic attacks, restore emotional balance and gradually overcome burnout, boost self-esteem and confidence, learn to identify abusive patterns and build healthy relationships, and gain support and practical tools to navigate difficult life situations.
