I work with topics such as:
- choosing a career in adolescence;
- changing careers in adulthood;
- selecting a career strategy (entrepreneurship, employment, freelancing, expertise, etc.);
- uncovering hidden abilities, qualities, and resources for professional growth;
- fears and uncertainty in one’s career;
- lack of motivation at work;
- burnout and emotional exhaustion;
- finding one’s niche, professional uniqueness, and personal "edge";
- auditing strengths and weaknesses, creating a career development plan;
