Professional experience
My experience includes counseling and individual practice, as well as developing educational projects and conducting training sessions. I use an integrative approach, combining multiple therapeutic methods. I draw on principles of positive psychology and incorporate techniques such as symbolic drama, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and others. My work is tailored to each client, so I don’t limit myself to a single method. I am committed to continuous professional development, regularly completing additional courses and training in the aforementioned approaches and techniques. I work with LGBTQ+ clients.
