Author of over 150 articles in periodicals. Media expert and psychologist-expert for Toloka Publishing House. Creator and facilitator of workshops on emotional self-regulation, stress resilience, time management, creativity, effective communication, personal growth, and business training. Psychological practice experience: counseling since 2008, group workshops since 2012. Collaborated with the following projects and organizations: *Koleso Zhyttya* magazine (Kyiv), Princess modeling school, Inventor STEM school, Status Medical Center, Biddyazhka travel club, *Experiment* magazine (Lviv), Toloka Publishing House (Minsk, Kyiv), *Territory of Moms* NGO (Vinnytsia), *SuccessfulYa* women's business club (Vinnytsia).
