Professional experience
Over 5 years of private psychological practice. Since 2016, I’ve provided HR consulting (MedPharmGroup, DotCommunity, SintraPoland, Codete, GlobalLogic, Ciklum). Since 2016, I’ve conducted both online and offline training sessions.
Areas of focus
- I assist with psychosomatic disorders (insomnia, panic attacks), clinical depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, phobias, PTSD, social phobias, chronic fatigue, as well as relationship issues, codependency, burnout, low self-esteem, career challenges, and childhood trauma. I also address resentment, aggression, jealousy, and destructive relationships.
