Common concerns clients bring to therapy include relationship crises, conflicts, and loss of emotional closeness; communication difficulties, feelings of loneliness or misunderstanding in a partnership; dealing with betrayal and rebuilding trust; doubts about continuing a relationship or navigating divorce; and support during life transitions such as moving, having a child, or entering new life stages. I also work with parenting challenges: raising children of different ages, interaction difficulties, disagreements over parenting approaches, emotional burnout, and feelings of guilt or confusion in the parental role. I help clients adapt after the birth of a child while maintaining balance in their roles. Family systems work addresses tensions with parents or relatives, the transmission of family patterns, the impact of the past on the present, and establishing healthy boundaries. Personal issues include anxiety, emotional exhaustion, low self-esteem, self-discovery in complex life roles, restoring inner resources, and improving communication. Sessions are available in Ukrainian and Russian, conducted in person or online.
