Professional experience
I have over 10 years of experience in counseling and coaching. I work with adults, couples, parents, and teenagers, including military personnel and their families. I provide support on relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, crisis situations, and post-traumatic adaptation. I use CBT techniques, crisis counseling, and evidence-based approaches. I have conducted educational events and training sessions in collaboration with UNICEF.
