Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
I work with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, are navigating crises or losses, or feel stuck in a cycle without progress. I also support those who appear to have it all but feel something vital is missing, as if life is passing them by. My focus includes severe emotional states: grief, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, apathy, depression, fears, and phobias. I address relationship challenges, such as divorce, separation, emotional abuse, jealousy, infidelity, and dependency on a partner. I help with personal issues like loneliness, social withdrawal, heightened conflict, shame, guilt, envy, fear of communication, feeling different from others, and low self-esteem. I assist with career and social challenges, including career choice, burnout, job or business loss, and workplace adaptation. I also work with psychosomatic disorders and eating disorders (bulimia, compulsive overeating, orthorexia).
