Has been leading training groups since 1994. Since 2002, director of the Insight Training and Consulting Center. From 2001 to 2004, business trainer in the BIZPRO program (a U.S. government-funded training program for small and medium business managers). Since 1996, medical psychologist at the Chernihiv Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities 'Vozrozhdenie.'
