Areas of focus
- I often work with people who feel lost in their relationships with loved ones—partners, parents, or friends—or who are exhausted by persistent inner anxiety and self-criticism. I support those who have lost their bearings during life crises, struggle to recognize their boundaries, overcome insecurity, or find it hard to say "no." If you're experiencing emotional burnout, loneliness, or a lingering sense of guilt or shame, we’ll gently explore these states together, step by step.
