Professional experience
I have experience working with loss, grief, adapting to new life circumstances, the aftermath of trauma (loss of loved ones, home, life-threatening situations, war-related trauma), as well as stress, anxiety, panic states, and childhood trauma.
I specialize in supporting parents in the parenting process (mindful parenting).
I help clients develop skills in self-reflection, self-help, and stress resilience, express emotions constructively, build effective communication, set goals, and create strategies to achieve them.
Relief often comes after the first session. The duration and progress of further work depend on the individual’s needs.
You can choose from several formats:
- Counseling (short-term work)
- Psychotherapy (long-term, addressing the root causes of dissatisfaction with life)
- Support (in difficult situations: illness, crises, loss, divorce, etc.)
- Psychoeducation (information sharing, learning, guidance)
I approach each person with care, attentiveness, and sincerity, respecting their individuality, pace, choices, values, and experiences.
You can share your secrets, concerns, or deepest worries with me—confidentiality and adherence to the ethical code are matters of professional honor for me.
Sessions are available in Ukrainian and Russian.
