My primary approach is body-oriented therapy, which serves as a powerful and effective tool for exploring deep-seated experiences. Sometimes, the mind struggles to recall or fully grasp what has left a lasting emotional imprint. Facts fade, significant events are forgotten, yet you repeatedly find yourself in the same painful situations. In these cases, the body becomes a guide—we work from the bottom up (engaging the body) rather than top-down (from the mind to the body) to bring hidden concerns to light. I am here to support you if you struggle with self-acceptance, feel lost about your desires, experience apathy, irritability, or have lost your sense of purpose. I also address insomnia, stress, grief, anxiety, fears, psychosomatic disorders, and challenges in relationships with loved ones, friends, or romantic partners. My approach is rooted in trust and safety—I help restore calm and confidence without forcing change.
