Professional experience
In my work, I combine two approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the client-centered approach.
- ACT helps clients change their relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions. Instead of fighting anxiety, we learn to act despite it, guided by our own values.
- The client-centered approach is the foundation of trust for me. I believe the client is the expert in their own life, and my role is to create a safe space where they can hear their true inner voice.
A special focus of my work is exploring family lineage and generational patterns. I help clients distinguish between their own reactions to reality and inherited family scripts passed down through generations.
I work with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, chronic stress, emotional burnout, loss of meaning, feeling "stuck" in relationships or professional life, questions of self-identity and finding personal anchors, as well as addressing family patterns.
I am convinced that high-quality therapy requires continuous professional development. My expertise is complemented by certification in positive psychotherapy (WAPP, Germany, 2014). Currently, I am deepening my knowledge at the Institute of Client-Centered Psychotherapy and the Kyiv Institute "Ya" (ACT), while also studying global practices from specialists in Europe and the USA.
I am an active member of professional associations: NPA, USP, UAKPN, and UAREPT. I regularly undergo individual therapy and supervision, which ensures my professional resilience and the safety of my clients.
In our first session, we get to know each other and explore your concerns. Even if your request sounds like "something is wrong," we will together find clear direction. I don’t offer ready-made advice but help you see your situation more clearly.
My goal is for you to leave therapy not dependent on a psychologist but equipped with your own "inner compass" and tools for a free and conscious life.
